It’s been a while and I stay in my own place now.
Basically, the agreement between developers and Maybank plus the money that required to be disbursed in order for me to move in which is the Vacant Possession (VP). If I not mistaken, it took around 2 months.
FYI, this also eligible for the Moratorium Financial Relief Scheme during MCO and Automatic Three-Month Moratorium Extension till end of this year which do not required you to do anything. However, I decide to opt-out from this.
It’s already 2 years since then.
